Piglet Re-Stocking Program

Mayor Annabelle C. Tangson leads the distribution of piglets for the “Piglet Re-stocking Program” of the Department of Agriculture – Region III. A total of 27 piglets are given to 13 beneficiaries from the 4-H Club and Rural Improvement Clubs (RIC). With them are Ms. Sevilla Gutierres and Dr. Cornelio Velasco from DA – APCO, Baler and Ms. Ma. Paz S. Leander, Municipal Agriculturist. The said program aims to ensure a ready supply of pork meat in the market this coming Christmas season.
