Municipal Civil Registrar Received Award
The Office of the Municipal Civil Registrar of San Luis headed by Mrs. Agueda B. Bautista has been awarded as 3rd Placer – Extra-Small Category National Level by the National Statistic Office. The award was given based on the performance and delivery of Civil Registration activities and services for the period January to December 2008.
This award is another accomplishment for the Office of the Municipal Civil Registrar after being awarded last year as 7th Placer on the same category. They are also an awardee for 2 consecutive years as 1st Placer Extra Small Category Regional Level (2007 – 2008).
The award was given during the Sixth National Convention of Solemnizing Officers last August 6, 2009 held at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
Shown in the picture above are Ms. Juliet Valdez and Mrs. Elizabeth Lopez from National Statistic Office Provincial Office awarding the Plaque of Recognition to Mrs. Agueda B. Bautista and staffs of the Municipal Civil Registrar. Also present to accept the award are Mayor Annabelle C. Tangson, Vice Mayor Teddy A. Macatiag, SB Member Norminda S. Querijero, SB Member Jayson G. Martinez and SK Federation President Jennifer Marie O. Yngente.

Classmate, I remember last two years ago, you have awarded the same..wow! galing mo naman..And again, allow us (MCC HS, batch ‘70), to give you a big pat on the back over this recent achievements! We wouldn’t want you to break your own arm,… hinay-hinay lang..ha ha ha! Congratulations!
