Dairy Cattle Distribution at Hacienda

Cattle raising increases the productivity of farmlands. As the population increases, there is a need to maximize our lands productivity to be able to feed our growing number. Recently, the Local Government of San Luis through the Provincial Government of Aurora purchase 8 heads of dairy cattle (Holstein Friesian) from the National Dairy Authority (NDA).

This aims to increase farmer income and at the same time contribute to the nutrition program of the Municipality. Shown in the picture are Mr. Ace Diaz from NDA, Mayor Annabelle C. Tangson and Municipal Agriculturist Ma. Paz S. Leander together with the beneficiaries during the distiribution of dispersal cattle at Sitio Hacienda, Barangay Nonong Sr., San Luis, Aurora.
