United Nations World Food Program at San Luis
THE United Nations World Food Program in coordination with DSWD Region III, San Fernando, Pampanga has extended its support for the families of San Luis who evacuated at the height of typhoon “Pepeng” last October 2, 2009.
A total of 150 families from the barangays of Diteki, Ditumabo, Nonong Sr. (Sitio Hacienda) and Real were given 25 kilos rice each on October 26, 2009.
Mayor Annabelle C. Tangson together with the staff from Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office distributed the food assistance in the said barangays as witnessed by Mr. Domingo Casandig of the Social Welfare Action Team (SWAT), DSWD Region III.
