Bacao Residents of Brgy. Nonong for Resettlement

The Local Government of San Luis thru Mayor Annabelle C. Tangson has conducted a dialogue with the Bacao residents of Nonong Sr. last Ocotber 21, 2009 for their resettlement.

The said residents are occupying a declared road which is illegal, thus a 2 hectare lot was purchased by the municipality at the same Barangay to accommodate the 25 families at Bacao and also other disadvantaged families who have no lots for their houses in nearby barangays.

During the meeting, rules and regulations on the resettlement process was formulated.

Also present during the meeting are MSWDO Hiyasmin S. Mendoza, Social Welfare Officer I Ms. Gilda Gamatan and MPDO Staff Engr. Diosdado España.
