Sagip Paningin on its 2nd Year

The Local Government Unit of San Luis’ Sagip Paningin Program is now on its second year of implementation. A total of 618 clients availed the service of our consultant optometrist Dra. Corazon Teh during the annual Barangay visitation held last June and July 2009.

Among these, 523 patients were prescribed reading and special vision eyeglasses. These eyeglasses were distributed and handed personally to every patient during the last quarter of 2009.

Present during the distribution were Mayor Annabelle C. Tangson, Vice Mayor Teddy A. Macatiag, Dra. Corazon Teh and Municipal Health Officer Dra. Maria Pura V. Uy.
