
Barangay Electrification. The 5-kw Micro-Hydro Project provides electricity to Barangay Dimanayat with hydro power as source. This project by the Municipality of San Luis is with counter part from the Central Luzon State University Affiliated Non-Conventional Energy Center (CLSU-ANEC) and Barangay Dimanayat assisted by Congressman Sonny M. Angara.

SOLAR POWER TECHNOLOGY SYSTEM (SPOTS) aims to provide electricity to far flung areas like Sitio Balitwak, San Luis, Aurora. This project is funded by the Spanish Government and implemented by Department of Agrarian Reform in coordination with the Municipality of San Luis.

Construction of Various Infrastructure Projects. The Municipality of San Luis aims to provide all the institutional infrastructures for the people of San Luis such as barangay halls, Day Care Centers, Health Centers, roads, slope protections and drainages. The Municipality of San Luis has implemented 21 infrastructure projects last year and 13 infrastructure projects so far this year.

San Luis Mini Hydro-Electric Project has an initial generating capacity of 800 kilowatts and maximum generating capacity of 1.2 megawatts which is more than enough for the power requirements of the municipality. Currently 95% completed, its estimated net income when operationalized is about 12 million pesos per year.
