Balik-Eskwela Program – Balik-Eskwela Program encourages indigent students to go back to school by providing them with notebooks, pencils, ballpens, even slippers and other learning materials.
Day Care Service (DCS)/Supervised Neighborhood Playground (SNP) – The Municipality of San Luis aims to provide early education to all 2-5 year old children thru center/home based early childhood cared development supporting the 25 Day Care Centers and 5 Supervised Neighborhood Playgrounds in all the 18 barangays.
Municipal Library – The Municipal Library was inaugurated last 24th of August, 2008 which aims to provide access to reading and research materials to the people of San Luis. The Municipal Library has an e-library with internet access.
Alternative Learning System Program is being implemented by the Municipality of San Luis in coordination with the Department of Education offering opportunities to out-of-school youths and parents to finish elementary or high school level by attending informal classes. This is the first one in the province, region even in the entire country where the instructional managers are selected municipal employees and the program is being managed by the Local Government of San Luis. Mayor Annabelle C. Tangson is one of the Instructional Managers and Mrs. Ma. Paz S. Leander is the LGU ALS Coordinator.
School Education Fund – The Municipality of San Luis utilizes this fund to purchase additional books and providing salaries of additional teachers in the different schools of the municipality.
Scholarship Program – The Scholarship Program of the Municipality of San Luis provides free tuition/miscellaneous fees, and rice allowance currently to more than 100 elementary, secondary and college students.
